The Mānuka flower produces nectar with characteristic and unique signature compounds. It is widely recognised and highly sought after by consumers and has a substantial body of research behind it.
Mānuka [ mā·nu·ka ] Honey comes from the nectar of the flower of the Mānuka bush (Leptospermum scoparium) which is indigenous to New Zealand. It is the nectar and the bee that give this honey its unique properties.
Te Kaha Miere
Our Mānuka Honey is harvested from some of the most remote and pristine regions of the South Island’s West Coast of New Zealand, from the nectar of the Manuka tree flower and other New Zealand floral varieties.
